Functional Area: Customer ServicePosition Description: This position organizes, directs, and coaches CSRs, while handling customer service challenges. Develop and coach agents on proper customer service procedures. Implement and enforce policies that are consistent with US Airways. Maintain personnel files, status changes, terminations, and transfer paperwork. Assist with the budget and payroll. Communicate customer service issues to employees and management.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma/GEDExperience: 2 - 3 yearsPosition Requirements: - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/training.
At least 2 years airline ops/airline customer service work experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
In-depth knowledge of airport operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees as well as customers.
Excellent supervisory/management capabilities including ability to lead and develop employees.
Ability to maintain professional demeanor in fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office software.
Previous supervisory/leadership experience required.
