We have positions available in our Irvine and Brea offices
Shareholder Account Representatives are customer service professionals responsible for providing service to our shareholders and financial planners throughout the country. We offer traditional, Monday through Friday business hours.
After a paid training program, each associate is placed in a small team (8-10) with responsibilities including:

Assisting callers with inquiries regarding their mutual fund accounts, which includes research and problem solving
Processing on-line account transactions, such as investments, redemptions, account maintenance and establishing new accounts

Contacting shareholders and brokers to clarify requests (no sales involved)

Educating shareholders and brokers of online servicesQualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment

Detail orientation and the ability to learn, retain, and apply considerable amounts of information

Interest in learning about the financial services industry

Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment

Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
