At present, we have an excellent opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative in our Los Angeles, CA office, located near LAX airport.
The Service Inside Sales Representative is a sales position dedicated to driving service revenue to the Sun Microsystems reseller customer base. Responsibilities include achieving monthly sales goals, producing weekly forecasts, and providing service contract quotations. Service Inside Sales Representatives will also proactively contact customer base and present features, functions, and benefits of selling service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Achieving monthly sales goals
Providing service contract quotations
Producing weekly forecasts for customer base
Proactive sales activities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
Or one year of call center or related experience and/or training.
Excellent interpersonal, mathematical, communication, analytical, and follow-up skills are necessary as well as the desire to provide superior customer service in a fast paced team environment.
