Service Writer/Customer Service

Large well established HVAC contractor in Prince Georges County area seeking a team player for their Maryland Service Division. This position will be responsibile for providing first class customer service.

Duties Include:

Communication with customers
Answering busy phone lines
Entering service calls in computer
Dispatching service technicians
Filing and general office duties
Closing customer tickets
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

Experience in Word, Excel and Altos
Customer service experience
Prior knowledge of the HVAC business helpful but not required
Accuracy in work
Good typing/data entry skills
Pleasant attitude
Professional appearance
Team Player
Reliable
