Service Technican, Dispatcher, Customer Service Rep

Service Technican, Dispatcher, Customer Care Rep, Parts Clerk Carl Schaedel and Co., Inc., a leading wholesale distributor of luxury high-end kitchen appliances, has immediate openings for exp'd personnel in the following areas. Exc. verbal, telephone, PC & written communication skills are required.

Outside Service Technician Minimum 5-year appliance repair experience, sealed system certification preferred, clean drivers license.

Dispatcher Scheduling service calls with agencies and consumers; follow-up calls; technical support for company technicians. Knowledge of appliance repair; sealed system & basic PC skills required.

Customer Care Representatives Involved in the diagnosis & scheduling of repair for luxury high-end kitchen appliances.

Parts Clerk Receiving, stocking & shipping of appliance parts. Some heavy lifting required. Prior experience preferred but will train.
