Service Specialist

Medical Specialties Distributors, LLC (MSD) is the nation’s leading alternate site healthcare distributor and biomedical equipment service provider. To ensure our continued success, we depend upon our dedicated and talented employees constantly to find new ways to make our customers’ jobs easier, more efficient and cost effective.The MSD Service Specialist is the primary resource for the delivery and set-up of MSD's medical equipment at customer sites. He/she will also be responsible for returning equipment to our distribution center for cleaning and maintenance. The Service Specialist will be expected to participate in business growth and productivity improvement initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:· Some knowledge of various hospital / homecare medical equipment
· Basic computer knowledge
· Biomed training preferred
· Excellent customer communication skills.
· Strong work ethic and focus on quality work.
· Must be organized.
· Must be capable of cleaning, moving and organizing portable medical equipment must be able to lift 50 lbs.
· Perform duties in the dept as directed by the Manager or Supervisor.
