Orkin Pest Control, a national business service provider, is seeking a talented individual for our Service Manager program. Only managers with at least 4 years experience in a service related industry will be considered. The program will prepare experienced managers to manage the day to day operations of a pest control staff and provide excellent customer service. Managers and Assistant Managers from vending, beverage, bakery, uniform, and other route-based businesses are encouraged to apply.Our training program is designed to build on your existing strengths and to train you in the commercial pest control industry. Prior service industry experience is a must. Experience in a business-to-business environment is a must. You must have either business-to-business sales experience or sales aptitude. Successful candidates will deal with business customers on a daily basis. WE REQUIRE
The successful candidate will have:
* At least 4 years experience in a service related industry. (Experience in a route based setting is a plus)
* Excellent customer service and organizational skills* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Multi-tasking ability and attention to detail
* The ability to manage a 10-person staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling* A clean driving record
* The ability to pass a background check including a drug screenWE OFFER
