Join our team as a Service Manager. The Service Manager will be responsible for the effective selection, training, supervision and results of a team of highly motivated Customer Service Representatives. The Service Manager will build and maintain customer relationships, work to increase existing sales, manage a fleet of delivery vehicles, and identify, plan and implement route growth, and above all achieve their performance goals. REQUIREMENTS
Service Manager Qualifications

Preferred 5 years experience as either Route Manager/Service Manager in Uniform / Linen Industry.
Previous training and supervisory experience preferred in our Industry.
Strong analytical, problem solving and relationship building skills.
Previous sales experience in a uniform rental industry a plus.
Previous sales experience in a uniform rental industry a plus.
High energy.
Detail oriented.
Financial experience a plus (P&L).
Strong customer focus skills
Possess out of the box vision / trouble-solving skills
We are a results oriented Plant with high expectations from this individualProven and verifiable track record experience
