Service Logistics Expeditor

We are looking for a Service Logistics Expeditor who will be responsible for a variety of coordinating, routing and order processing of critical service orders.
Expedite parts for critical customer support field service needs.
Track pick ups and deliveries via, e-mail, phone or the internet.
Communicate updates to FSE and TomoTherapy customers. Monitor the flow of material between third party warehousing and TomoTherapy customers.Job Requirements
Required qualifications for this position include:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Good computer skills including the use of standard MS office software programs, spreadsheet, word processing, and email applications

Experience with safety and health (OSHA), FDA and ISO quality system requirements is a plus.

Logistics Functions, Third Party Logistics or Shipping Process a Plus

Nights, weekends, holidays and on-call will be required at time

Must be a self starter with initiative to work well independently with minimal supervision

Works well under pressure or in a stressful situation

Two years experience in a related field a plus.
