The Service Center Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the service center. This individual provides outstanding customer service, manages a well trained and motivated staff, and maintains a clean and pleasant service center to ensure that customers have an extraordinary experience.
The responsibilities for this position include:Select, train, coach, schedule and ensure high performance and morale among personnelManage revenue and expensesOrder and manage inventory and suppliesMaintain the building, grounds and equipment to ensure everything is clean and in good repairEnsure personnel are meeting all safety requirementsEnsure compliance with Federal, State and Local laws as well as company policies and procedures
