Senior Relationship Manager
Our client is the largest publicly-held professional services firm specifically focused on the data warehousing and business intelligence areas and competes against the "Big Four" consultant firms. The Company continues to grow through a successful acquisition strategy and has integrated these acquired offerings into the structured frameworks and reusable methodologies that deliver significant value to their clients. As a testimonial to their strong relationships with its clients, it recognizes approximately 70 percent recurring revenue from returning clients.
To continue their growth they are looking to add a Senior Relationship Manager, who will work form a virtual office in the Dallas, Texas area. You will be responsible for the sales, promotion and growth of professional services' revenue and profit, by delivering full technology solutions and strategic consulting services to your clients. You will leverage your existing relationships and networks to develop new business while building the business in the company’s existing relationships. Additionally, you will make warm calls resulting from the company's extensive marketing efforts.
You will have the flexibility to offer a wide array of solutions to your clients. Offerings will include Strategic Consulting Engagements focusing on Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, Fixed Price and Time and Materials IT Solutions as well as IT Staffing Solutions (both permanent as well as contract staff augmentation).
REQUIREMENTS
For consideration, a desirable candidate will meet and/or exceed the following requirements:
•A minimum of five years experience selling IT consulting services and/or products for a solutions driven organization with strong relationships in one or more of the following industries: financial services, telecommunications, health and life sciences, high technology, retail or consumer products.
•Solid understanding of, or past experience selling solutions focused around business intelligence, data warehousing, or another core competency where you have delivered big numbers selling IT Staffing, Staff Aug, or Outsourcing Services.
•Ability to leverage company practice leaders, marketing resources and others to deliver solutions proposals that reflect the needs of the client.
•Proven success in achieving annual sales and relationship-development goals and consistently meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas
•Solid understanding of or past experience selling solutions focused around business intelligence and data warehousing
•Proficiency with account tracking systems (i.e. Salesforce.com)
•Strong communication and client interaction skills with all levels across the enterprise
•Ability to travel to the client site as needed
•Strong ability to develop new business as well as extend current business opportunities.
•Previous experience with one or more of the following companies is preferred; EDS, Business Objects, Accenture, Deloitte & Touche, Ernst & Young, KPMG/Bearing Point, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Sapient, Knightsbridge, Cognos, , IBM, Oracle, Sybase, Informatica, MicroStrategy, Alliance, Keane, IOLAP, JGI, M Miller
In exchange for your document-able experience and track record of achieving or exceeding $2 million+ quotas you will be rewarded with a generous base salary to $125,000.00 plus an industry leading commission plan that will bring your on target earnings to $200,000.00 to $250,000.00.
