Senior Provider Relations Representative

Brentwood, TN based Medicare health plan is seeking a Senior Provider Relations Representative to establish and maintain ongoing relationships with the our network of physicians, groups, hospitals and ancillary providers within the assigned region with a focus on large and/or high profile provider groups and/or facilities
Other responsibilities will include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for provider office staff in answering questions about the health plan's operations and benefit plans and to resolve any issues that may arise
Supervise provider relations representatives
Provide in-office education and orientation for new providers regarding Windsor's Medicare Advantage and Part D products and related polices and operations
Conduct ongoing site visit assessments
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in managed care contracting, provider relations or provider office management.Must be self motivated, dependable, team and goal-orientedAt least two years of previous supervisory experience
Ability to communicate (oral and written) effectively with all levels of management and staff.Must be patient and able to calmly handle and resolve problems in a high stress situationExcellent time management and organizational skillsMust have reliable transportation, as significant local travel and some regional travel will be required.
