Senior Office Services Representative

Responsibilities:

Data entry within records tracking system to include adding of records, printing out barcodes, applying labels to files, picking up records on a daily basis, sorting of correspondence and placement within appropriate file

Locate, retrieve and check out records, request records from off-site storage, and process and transfer new records for storage

Assist with annual records destruction process per firm retention policy

Provide service counter coverage including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory

Assist Operations Services areas including mail/delivery, fax services, library services, facilities and hoteling services

Assist as needed with other projects as assigned by Records Retention Senior Associate
Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Two years of relevant office experience with a high school diploma

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Able to lift thirty pounds or more

Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills

Proactive self-starter, able to multi-task, meet multiple deadlines, and be detailed oriented

Able and flexible to work overtime as needed and on Saturdays during busy season
