Senior Manager Customer Service - Employee Communication (Bothell, WA)

Job Description

Oversee the development and implementation of strategies and mechanisms for internal communications, which may include print and electronic media, or face-to-face meetings.

Work in collaboration with executive leadership, employees and HR to conceptualize, develop, and implement the internal knowledge exchange process and function.

Implement processes and tools to drive efficiency in internal communications activities. Work with enterprise representatives to minimize the negative impact of non-essential communications activities on the business.

Develop and implement strategies to regularly communicate progress on Customer Services strategic initiatives to the employee population.

Actively engage with field employees at the local level to identify best processes and practices and communicate these across the enterprise.

Facilitates development of executive presentation materials as needed.

Oversees preparation of internal employee communications regarding company performance, future direction, and corporate or human resource policies.

Mange Internal Communication Specialist for day to day activities.

Preferred Profile

Comprehensive understanding of Customer Services business.

Effective communication skills including demonstrated stand-up presentation skills, group facilitation and ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization across functions and geographies.

Progressive track record in managing people in a technology and service environment. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in the successful implementation of projects.

Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5-7 years work exp. and 3 years concentrated experience in employee or marketing communications, including development of communication plans and execution.

Excellent writing and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and simple communications.

Substantial project management experience and the ability to concurrently manage diverse projects in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.

Demonstrated track record in systems analysis and development, process analysis, mapping and improvement/design, conflict resolution, and change management and implementation.

Results oriented. Ability to consistently meet and exceed goals. Capable of making commitments, setting priorities, and delivering results on time and on budget.

Advanced PC skills with demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, FrontPage, and Access.

Self Starter - ability to work individually and under minimal supervision.
