Senior Manager, Customer Service (Andover, MA)

Job Description

The Senior Manager, Customer Service will oversee the inventory of demonstration equipment used by the sales force. The position will entail:
Ensuring appropriate levels of inventory in all demo locations of trunk, central pool and for sale pool.
Managing the rollover process and disposition of equipment to ensure minimal write offs while maintaining equipment for business continuity and sales support.
Establishing relationships with business units and new product introduction teams to ensure demo inventory is available for demo purposes.
Ensuring sales is compliant with all policies, guidelines and legal
Ensuring involvement in NPI to ensure sales has needed tools for closing business.

Required Qualifications:
Experience Requirements:
Preferred Profile

Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior management experience required.
Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
Experience designing and implementing business controls and processes.
Strong knowledge of inventory as it relates to business financials.
Knowledge/Experience with revenue recognition and medicare fraud and abuse regulations.
