Senior Level Desktop Support

Purpose: Senior Level Desktop Support Minimum requirements include the following:

1) A+ Certification and/or Net + Cert
2) At least 2 years current experience with troubleshooting PC's/networks.
3) IT/Helpdesk/Desktop support in a corporate environment supporting many users.
4) Experience with trouble tickets and ticketing software.
5) MCP, MCSE or MCSA is a plus (but not necessary).
6) Active Directory or Exchange or other similar experience is a plus.

Most be able to pass a drug/background screen.
