Senior Helpdesk

Purpose: Our client, has an opening for a Senior Helpdesk for its ten person helpdesk team. This client has over 5000 employees.

This position will be the Senior most escalation point for all trouble tickets.

To be qualified for this position, you must have been the Senior point of contact for 3 years in a company of at least 3000 employees.

This position requires a drug and background check.
