Senior Desktop Support

Provide desktop/network/telecom support and administration to internal and remote customers. Help coordinate moves and new hire setups. Function as IT site contact.

Some non-scheduled weekend / holiday / after hours work required. Schedule includes 24 hour on-call rotation. Limited travel to local offices expected. Ability to lift 75 pounds. REQUIREMENTS


3 years experience supporting desktops at an organization of 100+ employees.

3 years experience with WinNT/2000/XP and related Administrative Tools.

3 years experience with MS Office and Outlook/Exchange.

1-2 years experience providing general network support and administration (Cisco switches/routers/hubs)

1-2 years e!
xperience supporting server hardware (DHCP, DNS, setup and configuration, etc.)

1-2 years experience supporting Telecom equipment (Lucent/Avaya/Nortel), basic phone setup and programming.

Exposure to VoIP preferred (Cisco).

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and general networking concepts.

Knowledge of Terminal Services, RAS, Citrix Metaframe.

Knowledge of VPN (setup, configuration, trou!
bleshooting).

Knowledge of BlackBerry handhelds (setup, config., troubleshooting).

Good written and verbal communications skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

*Experience working in a financial services firm preferred.

Minimum of a 2 year IT degree (Bachelors degree preferred).

MCSE or A+ preferred.<o!
