SENIOR CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER responsibilities include:
Coordination of all aspects of customer care program management, including accountability to SLA's, call center metrics and revenue responsibility
Program due diligence, start up and implementation
Ensuring program success and profitability
Indirect operational accountability for call center operations
Frequent interactions with clients
Selecting, training, developing and managing performance of direct reports

SENIOR CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER Requirements:
6-8 years experience in call center operations management
Detailed understanding of call center metrics
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Ability to effectively present and interact with high-level client contacts
Ability to travel 10-15%
Ability to work overtime as needed to fulfill client expectations
Advanced understanding of financial metrics
Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment
Strong negotiating skills
Experience in managing and motivating functional groups, particularly in dotted-line relationships
