Senior Account Manager

Senior Account Manager
AMs work collaboratively with clients and with other WebMD Health functions to deliver customer value and retain / grow profitable revenue streams. AMs work with Customers in all stages of the decision cycle as it relates developing consumer health information strategies, assessing solution alternatives, planning and executing interventions, and measuring progress and return on investment.
AMs act as customer advocates, as well the primary point of contact with Customer stakeholders to coordinate and negotiate service delivery. AMs are responsible for setting priorities within their book of business and for individual Customer projects. AMs proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth, and work with Sales and Product Management to close new business and develop new solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
-P&L for books of business
-New business onboarding -Relationship mgmt, expectation setting and reporting (internal and external)
-Primary point of contact for senior customer stakeholders
-Coordination of meetings and other communications (internal and external)
-Customer negotiations, decision support and collaborative prioritization
-Ongoing program performance review and strategy support
-Travel approximately 30%
REQUIREMENTS


Minimum Education and Experience: BA/BS degree or equivalent. Three to five years of Account Management or similar customer-facing experience. Three plus years delivering healthcare information products and services, especially consumer-facing interfaces and H&W administration. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple relationships with multiple customer stakeholders in a dynamic and stressful environment. Business and technology services experience. Professional presence and technical credibility to interact with senior-level customer contacts.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: MBA or MPH. Familiarity with wellness, disease management and CDHP decision support. Prior accountabilities in 2 or more of the following areas: P&L, best practices implementation, project management, consulting or business development. Significant professional experience in a high-growth and entrepreneurial environment.
Working and Environmental Conditions: Work is normally performed in an office environment, including moderate noise levels, moderate temperatures, and moderate lighting. The normal work schedule is from Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Exceptions to the work schedule are subject to work loads, special projects, deadlines, and any additionally assigned duties.
