We currently have several positions available:

SECURITY OFFICER (Interim/Secret) Chula Vista, Kearney Mesa & Rancho Bernardo-
Responsible for the safety and security of client accounts. Responsible for logging shift activities, monitoring surveillance monitors and camera systems; foot patrols, vehicle patrols, lobby assistance, processing required reports and making appropriate notifications.

LOBBY RECEPTIONIST (Interim/Secret) Kearney Mesa and Rancho Bernardo:
Responsible for the safety and security of our client’s facility; checking identification, monitoring personal belongings of visitors and employees; requires light typing and verifying clearances in the computer; occasional security rounds.

CONTROL CENTER OPERATOR ( Secret) Rancho Bernardo & La Jolla:
Responsible for the Management of both security and fire alarm monitoring systems, operating/monitoring communications equipment, logging shift activities, monitoring surveillance monitors and camera systems; processing required reports and making appropriate notifications.
REQUIREMENTS
All employees are required to obtain a SECRET security clearance.

Qualifications:
•Strong Leadership skills with a Flexible working schedule
•Current on your AB2880 Training or in process
•Professional, Dependable with Excellent computer skills
•Self-motivated person with good communication skills
•Excellent organizational skills
•Interim/Secret Clearance at Minimum
•Current CPR, BBP, First Aid certified
•Ability to multi-task to include scheduling, and dispatching
•Must have reliable means of communication (pager or phone) and reliable means of transportation.
•Ability to see, hear, speak, read and write in English clearly in order to communicate with employees and clients
•Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures
•Valid DMV
•Current insurance registration

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY:
Background Prerequisites: Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, controlled substance testing, and behavioral selection surveys, in addition to any mandatory licensing requirements. Must be a US Citizen and 21 years or older. Must hold a current California Guard card or have ability to obtain one. Pinkerton Government Services provides training to obtain a California issued guard card if applicant does not current posses a valid one. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Active security clearance preferred.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D required. Security, military, or law enforcement experience desired but not required. Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers. Knowledge of or ability to learn security operations and procedures. Ability to see, hear, speak, and write in English clearly in order to communicate with employees and clients. Must have reliable means of communication (pager or phone) and reliable means of transportation.
