Second Shift Bilingual CSR

Purpose:
Our client, a leader in the insurance industry is looking for a bilingual customer service representative. This person will be responsible for taking inbound calls for potential life insurance candidates.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for taking around 40-50 inbound calls from clients who are inquiring about life insurance. Candidates will be conducting the application process on the phone. Calls can range from 10-20 minutes.

To be qualified for this position candidates must be bilingual English/Spanish. Candidates must have strong typing skills and excellent verbal a written communication skills. Ideal candidates will have call center/customer service experience.

This position is scheduled to be a 6 month contract with the possibility of going permanent. The hour for this position will be 2:00pm-10:30pm for four days during the week, and 9:00am-2:30pm on Saturdays. This position pays $12.00 per hour.
