Sales Team Leader - Earn up to $60K!

The Sales Team Leader (Sales Coach) is responsible for providing daily coaching and development of Sales Consultants in a Call Center environment. The Sales Coach will provide leadership, mentoring and motivation that will engage employees in the meeting or exceeding sales targets. These initiatives will maintain high service level standards while, at the same time, will achieve efficiency and high productivity in the Contact Center. The Sales Coach will spend approximately 80% of work time providing daily coaching, feedback and direction to Sale Consultants.
This position is an available shift of 2:30pm-11:30pm, Monday through Friday.Responsibilities:
Assist the Contact Center Director in creating, planning, implementing and managing staffing, motivation and retention programs, as well as programs to drive incremental sales.
Lead team members to achieve company required sales targets by effectively developing and delivering feedback and action plans.
Design and deliver creative incentive contests to ensure sales achievement.
Evaluate individual team performance through active listening of calls..
Provide performance feedback, identify training opportunities and establish monthly goals.
Administer the performance management process when appropriate and provide well-documented development plans.
Master and coach to the Sales Excellence Model.
Lead team meetings, one-on-ones and personal conferences.
Provide feedback to the management team on service level improvements, process gaps and revenue opportunities.
Actively lead consultant through the career pathing process. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in a related field required
Minimum 3 years of leadership/supervisory experience in a Sales Call Center (in-bound or out-bound)
Understanding of call center system technology (including ACD systems and CRM software applications) as well as quality standards measurements.
Strong leadership and communication skills – the ability to motivate and generate enthusiasm in employees in a sales environment.
A clear understanding of performance metrics by which to evaluate the Contact Center operations, and the ability to educate team regarding the importance of these metrics.
Excellent people management skills
Strong time management skills, including the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
