Sales Support Specialist

ExpressBill, a division of Emdeon Business Services and a leader in automated billing and mailing services has an opening for a Sales Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
•Performs sales functions related to new and existing Business Partnerships (dealers) to include price and commission settings, terms of operation, and specific working details.
•Provide on-going support to dealers when changes in service status occur, new products are added, and/or dealers’ clients need special support including training and assist with sales presentations.
•Assist in the development of marketing plan for the dealers.
•Monitor dealers’ volumes to encourage increased marketing efforts.
•Act as a liaison to other internal departments for all dealer related issues.
•Responsible for training new and existing business partners (vendors) in the selling of ExpressBill products.
•Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
•Some travel may be required
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor Degree in Business or related field.
•Sales, marketing and account management experience.
•Technical skills including conversion and implementation.
•Advanced spreadsheet and database knowledge.
•Experience training groups of people.
•Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills.
•Ability to coordinate projects and maintain extensive follow-up with customers.
•Strong communication skills.
