Work very closely with LG and Field management to ensure that complete, accurate, technically correct orders are processed in a timely manner. Work very closely with Factory support personnel to ensure that the equipment ordered is shipped complete and on time. Support other department members to ensure that a high level of teamwork and efficiency are maintained with the group. Responsible for the coordination and the accurate/timely completion of all domestic external billings activity within SAP P40. Responsible for the completion of other departmental reporting is required. Must have the ability to understand/interpret complex situations, making good sound problem assessments, conveying issues in a very detailed manner to allow confirmation of actions(s) to be taken or re-direction as required. In day-to-day activities, must be able to evaluate options and solutions, making sound decisions based on the information at hand, while requesting support as required. Must take ownership and act proactively on behalf of the customers/LG within the geographic area of responsibility and the department, ensuring that commitments are met. Must be able to plan and prioritize activities, ensuring that both individual and departmental goals are met, while striving for continuous personal and departmental improvement. Must possess strong communication skills both verbally and in writing. Must be an active team member of the department, making a positive contribution to help improve the overall skill sets, performance, SAP and product knowledge of the department. Must have ability to handle stress well. Position requires that we support management structures (Factory and CSG) which may have conflicting requirements. In addition, there are continual product changes, changes to special programs and changes in priorities, etc., that need to dealt with on a daily basis. Must have strong analytical skills, as well as strong computer/software skills.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: B.A. degree preferred or must have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in an Order Processing/Contract Administration position.
