Sales Support Representative, FT, Gurnee

Purpose:
Sales Support Representative (Gurnee, IL)

Provides prompt and courteous service to all customers and serves as a single point of contact for their immediate and ongoing needs (i.e. equipment setup and other duties as assigned by management).
Assists in ordering accessories and handling some administrative functions.
Responsible for providing service and product information to customers.
Answers inbound calls and assists sales representatives.
May make outbound calls to customers for various reasons including but not limited to follow up on products and services purchased/sold, potential new products and services of interest for the customer.
May sell all products and services offered by the Company.
Ability to process customer payments.
Processes paperwork and performs other duties as assigned by management.




QUALIFICATIONS:

May travel to customer locations.
May be required to wear a uniform.
Assist customers in the sales process.
Distribute interoffice mail and faxes.
Handles and/or transports materials weighing up to a maximum of 25 pounds.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time while servicing customers.
Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend or holiday tours. Occasional overtime may be required
Must maintain a valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
Classroom training required
On-the-job training provided
