National Specialty Promotional Products Company seeks an energetic, professional & accomplished individual to join our high-performing Sales Support team.Responsibilities include:
--Providing customer phone support, at an exceptional level of quality and service, related to product specifications & order status. Must be able to educate customers on technical aspects of products and propose solutions.
--Processing customer orders, coordinating lead times with operations, and monitoring status.
--Managing details of order, including customer approvals.
--Thriving in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, high accuracy, and the ability to handle many customers & orders simultaneously.
