Route Sales Supervisor

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to continue a career in sales as a Route Sales Supervisor. Reporting to the District Sales Manager, this position will be responsible for ensuring all assigned route days are run on time, train new route managers in the truck 4 days a week as well as performing other supervisory functions. It will also run vacation routes, open routes, and new routes within the district. This position will have responsibilities that range across a District that include multiple sales companies and up to fifty sales employees. REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent, four years related work experience. Must have a valid driver’s license for past 12 months; be able to obtain a CDL B license; be able to pass a DOT ready-for-duty and pass a pre-employment drug test; must be at least 21 years of age; and have no more than two occurrences in the past three years on the driving record. Bachelor's degree in business with coursework in accounting, marketing and operations preferred and/or Retail Management a plus.
