Bluegreen is now expanding the Marketing Department of the Lodge Alley Inn™ located in historic downtown Charleston. We are seeking Vacation Assistants for year-round positions. The incredible growth of our Marketing Program is the career opportunity of a lifetime. Those qualified candidates selected to join our late Summer/Fall Program 2006 will receive the very best professional training and development in marketing and sales while working with respected names in the business community. With no guarantees or limits to what you earn, this job is not for everyone but for those few, it’s the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. Details include assisting tourists visiting the area by offering premiums to take Charleston tours or eat at a fabulous restaurant. The tourists then visit the Lodge Alley Inn™ to find out more about our Vacation Club. We are now interviewing to fill full time year-round positions at our location in downtown Charleston. Potential employees must enjoy working with the public and working outdoors.

Compensation
Our program is designed for those individuals who want to maximize their time and want to be rewarded for their efforts. There is no guarantee or limit to your earnings. The details of our compensation package will be reviewed with you individually during your interview and include the following elements.
•Base hourly pay.
•Commission for every guest that signs up with you.
•Bonus opportunity.
•Our successful Vacation Assistants earn $1,000+ per week.
•Excellent full Benefits.


Growth
With our incredible growth and expansion of an expected 8-10 new locations per year, and our preference of promoting from within, all Vacation Assistants have the opportunity for quick promotion within the company. Some of our Vacation Assistants have been promoted within just a few months of joining the team. Within the year, new opportunities will open up with the addition of operations in: Las Vegas; Ft. Myers, FL; Toronto; Denver; Louisville, KY; Houston; Tulsa; Council Bluff, IA; Birmingham; Baton Rouge; Kansas City; Sevierville, TN (Smokey Mtns.) and many others.
