Sales Office Support - Admin. Assistant

Purpose:
Our client, a lead manufacturer of audio/visual products, is looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES to support their sales team. Duties for this position include:

***Handling 40-50 inbound calls from businesses inquiring about stock availability, return authorizations, and damaged shipments.

***Assist with Excel Spreadsheet manipulation, managing phone logs, and creating memos in Word.

***Able to self-start and take initiative

***Support a sales team of 18-20 individuals.

Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years office administrative experience, phone work experience, and intermediates skills in MS Word and Excel.

Hours for this position are M-F 8:30-5:00pm. This is a 4 month contract to hire opportunity paying $12/hr.

MUST BE ABLE TO INTERVIEW TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY MORNING AND START BY SEPTEMBER 18, 2006.
