We have an immediate opening for a New Home Specialist that will be performing the duties of a Sales Manager / Customer Service Manager to market and sell homes within an assigned community according to company sales and marketing goals and objectives. You will represent Hubble Homes and its products fully, accurately and with integrity while projecting a professional image at all times.We pay for the training (Real Estate School) and continue training on the job. You DO NOT need to have a license to apply. We would prefer applicants to not have any real estate experience but rather have sales and management experience. Valuable management experience that comes from a variety of industries is all that is necessary for this great opportunity to learn a new career and to be paid to train for it at the same time!We will pay for licensing renewal fees and CE requirements as follows:
Every 2 years license renews on birth month. One core course (4 credits) is required (prices range from $15-$45). In addition, 16 elective credits (between $20-$65 for local courses 2-4 credit hours) are required. We will pay up to $250 every two years for continuing education licensing requirements. This amount was determined by the following: 1 Core Course and 4 4-hour elective courses = 5 courses x 50 = $250.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Deliver an excellent sales presentation: Meet, greet and demonstrate homes to prospective homebuyers. Qualifies buyer(s), presents sales agreements to management within 24hrs of writing an offer. Acts as a buyer liaison from the point of sale through close of escrow.Maintains communication with prospective buyers to invite them back for additional visits to the Sales Center.Maintains regular contact with realtors who have previously shown our homes and initiates contact with realtors who have not seen our homes to invite them to a sales center.Acts as a store manager for community. Takes an active role in marketing and supervising general appearance of assigned community and ensures model homes are presentable at all times.Prepare office documents including, but not limited to sales agreements, option menus, sales forms weekly traffic, and activity reports. Updates and distributes sales-related materials as needed. Follows and manages files from contract to closing.Other Duties:Attend and actively participate in weekly company and sales meetings and company sponsored training classes.Maintain current community binder. Monitor competition and provide a monthly Competitive Market Analysis (CMA).Is knowledgeable of all phases of construction. Works with superintendents to follow progress of construction and ensure consistency in product quality and buyers expectations. Meets weekly with community partner and superintendent to update Community Objective Report (COR).Pay / Training Structure
You will receive a base pay of $4,000 per month for 120 days. During this time, you will complete in-house training, mentor with an experienced New Home Specialist in a Hubble Community, and eventually are assigned to a community to begin securing sales on their own. After 120 days, you will transfer to a commission with a draw compensation plan. This position is classified as exempt, or not eligible for overtime. It is a full time position that does require working some weekends and possible some designated holidays: President’s Day, Memorial Day and Labor Day. If the holidays above are worked they receive an additional day off within 30 days of the holiday.Benefits

REQUIREMENTS
Active Idaho Real Estate License is NOT REQUIRED at time of hire.High School Diploma plus 2-4 years proven success in sales environment with mid-management responsibilities.Must be a motivated self-starter, detail oriented and well organized.Display dependability by fulfilling commitments to customers, agents, and other members of the team.Must be flexible, a team player, coachable and accountable, and able to get along with diverse personalities and function effectively in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.Must be computer literate with excellent attention to detail.
