Sales/Leads Coordinator

A rapidly growing, health company in Coral Gables seeks a Sales/Lead coordinator to join their staff. This progressive company provides a team-driven environment and challenging job opportunity. This is a new position with the company, and with a growing department, it has the potential for promotion within the first year.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Distribute prospect leads to sales representatives, based on corporate guidelines and analysis.
• Follow up on all leads distributed, and log all comments from prospects and sales reps.
• Re-assign leads from non performing sales reps to well performing reps.
• Report on the status of leads.
• Create reports on the success of leads program.
• Role requires extensive interaction with sales reps. and prospects.
• Limited telephone sales • Explain health plan benefits to prospects.
• Support the department with other duties as requested by management.
REQUIREMENTS


Requirements:
• Must have 2+ years of previous marketing support experience
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Computer skills a must, excel, word, outlook.
• Must have the versatility to handle many on-going projects simultaneously, and work to high standards of excellence.
• Must be fully bilingual, Spanish & English •

University degree preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette
