Purpose:
Description:
The Customer Satisfaction Account Manager; assists customers with questions or issues regarding their credit card accounts. Issues range from balance transfers to questions regarding their interest rates, lost or stolen cards and new product sales.

*Sales is a large portion of this position so successful candidates will have good, clear communication skills, the ability to persuade and up-sell various products and services.

This is a high volume fast paced professional call center environment. Account Managers handle approximately 90-110 calls per day.

Essential Job Functions/Successful Profile:
- Customer Service (all industries)
- Call Center experience is helpful
- Sales Experience is a plus!
- Must be willing to work assigned work schedule (non traditional hours)

Salary:
This position is a full-time, permanent placement with benefits. Starting annual salary is $25,000. There is a 10-15% mark-up for 2nd or third shifts.

Bonus:
Associates have the opportunity to earn monthly incentives (on average $300-$600 per month for top performers).

- October 16th, 2006
- Must be flexible with schedule
- 10%-15% shift differential for later shifts

EDUCATION (TRAINING SCHEDULE):
- 4 week training program; 2 weeks classroom + 2 weeks of Quality (OJT)
- Mandatory attendance in training is required
- Monday ? Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
