Sales Coordinator

Advance and develop opportunities to move them from suspects to prospects.

Follow-up on marketing initiatives within the districts (clients, prospects and suspects).

Work with sales associates to advance opportunities.

Partner with sales associates to coordinate account management activities.

Research and identify additional buying centers within key accounts and prospects – working with the sales associates.

Client research and other activities as part of various selling processes.

Manage marketing database so that marketing/sales/delivery understands where in the sales funnel accounts are and assist in advancing opportunities through the funnel.

Manage marketing database which includes updating names, addresses etc.

Work with corporate marketing to develop account/assignment specific tactics for acquisition, penetration and/or expansion.

Drive attendance for marketing events.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in word processing (Office 2000 strongly preferred), personal computer, accurate typing skills, database management.

Strong client service orientation (internal and external).

Strong interpersonal skills (face to face and phone).

Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks/priorities independently.

Exhibit high initiative and energy; sense of urgency.

High attention to detail.

Excellent analysis skills.

Have strong fact-finding skills and be able to "size up" the situation and act on it.

Able to organize work load; establish priorities; plan.
