A well established, locally owned and operated company with a stellar reputation in the community is seeking an Inside / Outside sales professional for custom web-based products for the real estate industry.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a dynamic, highly motivated and energetic sales professional with a positive attitude and willingness to learn our products and identify sales opportunities. Our products are top-tier in an industry that has over 1 million potential clients nationwide. We are looking for individuals that are focused, competitive and committed to excellence, integrity, results and professionalism.

You'll work both independently and with an outstanding team of professionals to answer customer questions, offer advice and grow technology sales. You will conduct detailed product demos and respond to customer questions, empowering people with a technology that has a proven track record for a high ROI.

You will be responsible for generating new leads and sales and up selling existing clients while creating and maintaining an excellent rapport with new clients.

REQUIREMENTS
One year Outside Sales Experience required
Experience in cold calling and closing new accounts
Strong computer skills (Windows and MS Office) required.
Strong communication skills (written and oral) and customer contact personality required
Attention to detail and excellent time management skills are a must
Must possess a valid driver's license as there will be travel at times
