Sales Assistant/Coordinator

We are looking to hire an energetic sales assistant to help organize 15-20 busy sales reps. The environment is fast paced and growth is encouraged; there is a strong sense of camaraderie in the firm.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities include:
Sales reports/tracking revenue and tally sales goals for sales reps
Support sales team on any administrative tasks and assisting in managing sales process from pre-sales support to issuing trouble tickets after sale has taken place
Research past and present clients' orders to provide sales team with information
Written correspondence and email interaction with other departments and clients
Update client database on a daily basis

Ideal candidate will have 3 plus years of experience in a sales support role and ability to multi-task while under pressure.
