Sale Representative

Meet, greet, pre-qualify buyers; Demonstrate models, homes and home sites; Overcome sales objections; close the sale; document all transactions; prepare and execute legal forms; track progress of loans, and construction; respond to all customer requests; documentation and follow-up for all cancellations; maintenance of all sales files; monitor models/sales office for appropriate disclosures, suppliers, repairs etc.; conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve potential buyers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Education level: Associated degree (A.A) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional knowledge, skills and/or abilities:
Must be able to read and interpret documents such as contracts and speak effectively with customers; must have ability to utilize necessary math skills,; must have ability to apply common sense to various situations and deal with problems involving multiple scenarios; though reasonable accommodations may be made to enable those with disabilities to perform the essential functions, employee must be able to stand, walk, talk, and hear, and will be required to use hands to handle, feel or reach for objects; must be able to withstand exposure to outside weather conditions, as well as tolerate noise levels associated with a construction environment; must have a flexible schedule, willing to work weekends, and have the ability to commute to various locations around the Panhandle of Florida when called upon.
