RESPONSIBILITIES: The position will be the primary contact point for all data retrieval and analysis for the Safety department. This data includes, but is not limited to, incident data, trend data, allocation charge data, ESIS audit data, and program compliance data.Utilize data to create ad hoc reports for use by Safety Director, field safety team (BU Safety Managers and Safety Specialists), Corporate Safety Manager, and other functional departments as needed .25%Analyze data to determine trends and partner with Safety Director/ Corporate Safety Manager for action needed. 20%Complete monthly KBI reports for executive management team, Safety Director, BU Leadership team (BU GM, HRVP, BU SM, etc).5%Monitor facility program compliance (Safety committee, PowerZone, DriverZone, incident reviews, etc.)20%Provide correlation studies of program execution vs. performance metrics for Director of Safety and field safety team (BU Safety Managers and Safety
Speciailists).10%Create and manage tracking system for follow up/ validation of corrective action on audits completed by both internal (Safety Specialists, Safety Managers, and Safety Committee teams) and external (ESIS, FM Global, etc) . 10%Benchmark performance metrics with internal and external sources. 5%Manage data for DOT compliance (random drug testing, driver qualification files, etc) 5%
