Lead, develop and motivate a team of distribution professionals to exceed the annual plan utilizing our Direct Store Delivery system. Manage the distribution and merchandising initiatives within the Chicago, IL region, including the depot operation center. Maximize in-store execution through world-class customer service.

Background should include; Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3-5 years related experience. Previous supervisory experience managing a distribution center and or sales team and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office products is required.
