STATION MANAGER

ATA Airlines is seeking a local Station Manager that's currently residing in Maui.

Primary duties include:

Ensure safety, security and FAR requirements and standards are maintained.

Interview, hire and motivate all station personnel.

Act as a liaison with local and federal government officials
(diversions, delays, oversells, etc.)

Maintain effective cost and service controls

Implement and maintain quality assurance measures and performance goals for employees

Implement and maintain revenue and cash management systems and procedures

REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

5 Years airline customer service/operations experience and

3 Years airport supervisory experience

Strong business writing, verbal communication and problem analysis skills

Demonstrated purchasing, negotiating and administrative skills

Ability to lead, counsel, guide, and facilitate employees

Valid Driver's License
