``SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST``

DESCRIPTION
The Nycor Group is seeking a direct hire SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST for one of our clients.
1st SHIFT

The successful candidate will be responsible for level 1 helpdesk support and testing of Products.

In particular, the Software Support Specialist answer incoming product support emails and phone calls; perform regression, integration, functional and system testing; data entry; and other projects assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills,
a problem solver that creates win-win solutions,
proven ability to manage changing priorities while implementing multiple tasks,
balances business requirements with client needs,
excellent organization and follow up skills,
and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

One to three years of work experience in a helpdesk/testing environment is required.
