The SOFTWARE AND BUSINESS APPRENTICESHIP is a career-path position atAestiva whereby new staff are given a high degree of responsibility
and placed, after 90 days, in a position based on their abilitiesand interests. Tasks performed during the apprenticeship
can include reception, clerical, marketing assistance, web siteproduction, junior-level programming, business process analysis,documentation and technical writing, customer care, productdemonstrations, sales, and administration.Hours:Mon - Fri, between 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hour week)

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Candidates will be given entrance tests to measure individualstrengths. Aestiva is particularly interested in individuals with
excellent verbal and written skills and a college GPA of 3.6 orabove, or those who have a proven record at excelling in achallenging discipline.Candidate will have at least two years full-time employmentexperience.
