1. Group Objective/Purpose
Provide superior service to our Investment Managers that
differentiates us from our competitors and serves as a sustainable
competitive advantage. This role will initially be an operational
role with some outbound client contact required. This role will
include inbound client contact responsibilities in the future.
2. Brief Description of Role Needed
Provide a superior level of client service and operations support to
Investment Advisors. Follow up on information required to process
requested transactions. Respond to questions and resolve issues
within scope of knowledge and authority. Identify and escalate those
out of scope. Research errors. Responsible for accuracy and
timeliness of own work. Work must be processed within established
time frames, in accordance with service standards and SEC rules and
regulations. Internally interact with peers and other internal
departments to resolve operational issues. Externally have
interaction with Investment Advisors. Customer contacts must be
handled with the highest level of customer service. Contacts are
routine and within established guidelines. Work in a collaborative
team environment.
3. Technical/Functional Qualifications Needed
Excellent operational and customer contact skills with the ability
to manage and process complex operational work. Provide superior
follow-up, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written
communication skills. Ability to organize and complete projects.
Must be team oriented with the ability to act as a resource for
development of the team's effectiveness. Must have a full
understanding in New Accounts (NAC), Transfer of Assets (TOA),
Cashiering, Account maintenance processing, as well as the financial
services industry. PC literacy with strong knowledge of LEGACY and
other related business systems. 2 to 4 years industry experience and
Series 7 preferred. This position may be graded up to a job level of
56 depending on applicant experience.
