SENIOR RETAIL LEASING REPRESENTATIVE


Lewis Retail Centers, a division of one of the nation’s largest privately-held real estate developers, oversees the development, construction, marketing and leasing of the shopping center portfolio. We are actively seeking an experienced, dynamic professional for the position of Senior Retail Leasing Representative.

Reporting to the VP of Retail Leasing, this position will manage all aspects of retail leasing opportunities throughout the Inland Empire area of S. California.

Lewis Retail Centers is seeking a bright, energetic in-house leasing professional with a minimum of 5+ years experience in neighborhood, community, and specialty leasing for California territories. Candidates should have exceptional written and negotiation skills with solid contacts in the retail industry. Responsibilities will include:

•Evaluate and structure lease proposals, renewals & negotiations
•Negotiate tenant leases
•Build and maintain tenant relationships
•Prepare leasing budgets
•Coordinate with other corporate departments including legal, property management and retail development teams
