SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Smithers-Oasis North America, an international company serving the floral/horticultural industry has an immediate opportunity at our Kent facility for an individual with outstanding analytical, planning and communication skills.
Reporting to the Customer Relations Supervisor, this individual will handle all aspects of customer service including, but not limited to, entering and maintaining orders and customer information, taking and processing calls and complaints from customers, and responding to faxes and emails for product, pricing and order information. You will enter and maintain pricing records, test and audit procedures and maintain a procedures manual.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in business with a minimum of 5 to 8 years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, be highly organized with attention to detail, possess outstanding communications skills, be able to prioritize and complete multiple projects with minimal supervision and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
