SALES & SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are currently seeking individuals to join our growing organization as a Sales and Service Representative.
As a part of the Univest Customer Service Representative team you will be expected to:


Provide excellent customer service that builds relationships and creates confidence and trust.

Evaluate the financial needs of all customers and determine the best product package we offer based on the customer's stage in life.

Maintain existing customer accounts by answering questions, handling complaints, and solving problems related to customer accounts as needed.

Develop new business through responsive and proactive efforts specific to branch/region which may include telephone initiatives or other promotional events.

Work as a member of the team to attain goals and take pride in success.
Many of our customer service representatives participate in High Schools and College Job Fairs, community service organizations, training and mentoring programs.

We are looking for individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, strong organizational skills, and a positive attitude.

Candidates must have the ability to be flexible, confident, and dependable. They must desire to achieve and exceed goals.

Successful Customer Service Representatives have advanced into Senior Sales positions as well as Branch Management positions. There are many exciting opportunities to take advantage of if a high level of performance is demonstrated
