SALES COACH

General Summary
The Sales Coach, will work as a knowledge resource for the Customer Sales and Service Team. This associate will also provide backup floor coverage for the Assistant Program Managers (APM). Sales Coach will be responsible for specific tasks designed to increase the overall efficiency, productivity and quality of the Customer Service & Sales Department.

Familiarization of Sprint Sales processes
Must have excellent working knowledge of client databases and applications.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CIS desired.
Must have flexibility in schedule as dictated by company need.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Accept calls from CSSA with questions regarding program policies and practices.
Coach and educate CSSA in proper call handling and account maintenance especially regarding offering, selling & upselling Sprint & Client products/services.
Act as CSSA first line of contact for sales issues.
Conduct research of faxed or mailed corespondents from customers. Resolve the issue and communicate results back to representative.
Be available at all time as a resource to all members of the Customer Service Team/Mass Marketing Organization (MMO).
Work with the Assistant Program Managers to ensure all CSSAs are learning & available to meet the client’s sales requirements daily.
Enter new account sales into the client database.
Provide back-up floor coverage as needed.
Meet & greet the clients.
Participate, prepare &/or present briefs & round table discussions with reps, management &/or clients
