Each member of our team helps speed our journey down the road toward discovery. Working in a customer-service oriented role, our Route Service Representatives plays an essential role on this team – driving a company vehicle to pick up medical specimens and delivering test results/supplies to doctors offices, hospitals and clinics. The Reps will establish and maintain a primary relationship with clients and answer basic questions, as well as, handle simple problem resolution. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the warehouse by: receiving, ordering, stocking, performing inventory, inputting client orders into the computer, and filling orders.

In general, assignments are limited to one route and one shift; however, may be required to learn and provide service for up to three routes.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Driving record with limited points
Excellent map reading skills and ability to adapt to route changes
Ability to drive in inclement weather conditions
Must be able to carry specimens/supplies up to 50 lbs.
