REQUIREMENTS
Essential Work Activities: Performance of physical tasks and use of CDL Class B vehicles (Do not require a CDL license for application purposes), for bottled water delivery to multiple, scheduled customers within a defined area; Selling and leveraging relationships (for activities like selling products or services, routinely contacting customers for confirming deliveries, or presenting ideas and issues to co-workers and leaders); Planning and executing (for the day's activities and new product marketing and service initiatives); Relationship-building and maintenance (with actual and potential customers, co-workers, and managers); Route administration (for daily administrative and financial reporting).Minimum Requirements: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; Ability to lift and carry products weighing approximately 50 lbs., 200 times per day; a valid driver's license, with no DUI convictions; being 21 years of age or older, and employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screen.Success Criteria: In addition to meeting the minimum requirements, successful RSRs have demonstrated: firm commitment to personal values; a strong work ethic; prior sales and delivery experience; good organizational skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and a sincere willingness and desire to learn continuously.
