A Schwan’s Customer Service Manager, through outside driver sales work, sells frozen foods to residential customers at their home and some smaller business. A Customer Service Manager drives a medium-sized freezer truck loaded with over 350 different products, providing excellent customer service to regular customers, while continuing to add new customers in pre-set routes. Customer Service Managers visit 70-100 customers per day (4-5 days per week), visiting them every two weeks. Schwan's has been in business for over 52 years and going strong! Schwan’s compensation includes a training guarantee for up to 20 weeks, after which a Customer Service Manager’s compensation is commission-based, with potential first year earnings of $40,000.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.Must have high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent experience.Must have a valid driver's license from the state currently residing.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
Must have good 3 year driving record.
